Gastro Pub Chef

Executive Chef required for busy cocktail bar and restaurant.

Person should have 5 years experience in a chefs position and have a true passion for managing and cooking.

Casual food menu required with creative flair. Person should have experience in catering in and off premise.

Be able to manage a team of 10 people as well as work with industry standard food and labor costs.
