We are seeking a Service Manager to lead our front-of-house team and ensure impeccable hospitality. This role is exclusively focused on dining room operations, guest interactions, and service team protocols—creating seamless, refined service in an upscale environment.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of the dining room experience, ensuring a warm, polished, and professional atmosphere.
Train, mentor, and manage the service team, ensuring alignment with fine dining standards and hospitality protocols.
Establish and enforce consistent service sequences, steps of service, and hospitality best practices.
Work closely with the General Manager, Executive Chef, and Sommelier to enhance the guest experience through thoughtful service execution.
Lead pre-shift meetings, tastings, and ongoing staff education on menu offerings, wine pairings, and guest engagement.
Act as the primary point of contact for guest concerns, resolving issues with grace, urgency, and discretion.
Monitor dining room flow, oversee table touches, and ensure VIP guests receive tailored experiences.
Uphold high cleanliness and organization standards in all front-of-house areas.
Collaborate with the reservations team to manage seating strategies, guest preferences, and special occasions.
Support event service execution, ensuring smooth transitions between regular service and private events.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in a fine dining leadership role (Service Manager, Floor Manager, or AGM preferred).
Deep understanding of hospitality-driven service with a guest-first mentality.
Strong leadership and training skills, with a passion for developing high-performing teams.
Knowledge of wine, spirits, and food pairing is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and conflict-resolution abilities.
Ability to remain composed and lead under pressure in a high-volume, fine dining setting.
Hands-on, floor-focused leadership style—this is a service-driven role.
