EXPERIENCED CLEANERS ONLY

We are an established commercial cleaning service seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual or couple to clean a church.

Responsibilities:

Complete Statement of Work requirements for weekly items. (Majority of work effort involves mopping and vacuuming)

Follow all safety policies, protocols, and procedures associated with performing cleaning tasks.

Maintain a clean and professional environment in building.

Identify potential safety or maintenance issues and write them in the communication log.

Arrive to client location on Friday or Saturday.

How We will Measure Success:

Customer satisfaction levels based on surveys

Customer retention.

Quality assurance scores based on manager surveys and feedback.

Requirements:

Ability to speak and write English fluently and relay information between the team, customers, and staff is preferred.

Minimum of 2 years experience in a service environment preferred.

Must be reliable, trustworthy, and have a strong attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team. (if applying as a couple)

Valid ID required.

Own transportation required.

May be subject to a background check.

Job Title: Cleaning Professional

Location: McKinney, TX

Schedule: Part-time, Friday or Saturday

Duration: 1 day on weekend (Approx. 4-5 hours for 1 person)

Compensation: $25hrs/ 5 hours = $500 per month, paid via direct deposit

Bonus: Earn a quarterly bonus for no complaints.
