HVAC Controls Installer

BECS (Building Energy Control Services) is a local HVAC control Install company that can provide a variety of controls solutions for any sized commercial project. We are quickly expanding and are looking for someone that can grow with the company while learning more about the world of BAS (Building Automation Systems) / DDC (Direct Digital Controls).

esponsibilities

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

· The installation of wiring and end -devices for the following: Boilers, AHUs, VAVs, chillers, cooling towers, exhaust fans, carbon monoxide exhausts system, Heat pumps, RTUs, and special controls including snow melt systems, refrigerant leak detect systems, any low voltage systems, interlocks, etc.

· Conduit pipe work (REQUIRED)

· Diagnose and repair basic DDC systems

· Wire pull and termination

· Work with other technicians to develop and ensure technical solutions

· Ability to read and navigate set of mechanical plans

Qualifications

Required:

· Reliable transportation

· Own small hand tools

· Citizenship verification

· OSHA 10 Certified (preferred)

· Safety driven attitude/mindset

· Min 1-2 yrs. experience in electrical or HVAC controls field
