Description of Job Responsibilities

Supports clients with personal hygiene daily living skills.

Supports clients with daily housekeeping.

Supports clients with daily training and supports plans.

Complete daily documentation and support notes.

High School Diploma or GED

Day Support Program

Available Shift

Am- 830am to 430pm

Group Homes Program

Available Shifts

Pm -4 pm to 12 am

Overnight -12 am to 8 am
