Roofing Canvasser/Estimator Wanted

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our dynamic team as a Roofing Canvasser/Estimator. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, conducting property inspections, and providing accurate and competitive roofing estimates to potential customers.we will train you.

Responsibilities:

Canvassing:

Actively canvass residential neighborhoods to identify potential roofing projects.

Engage with homeowners, build rapport, and explain the value of [Your Company Name]'s roofing services.

Qualify leads and schedule appointments for in-home consultations.

Estimating:

Conduct thorough property inspections, including roof assessments, damage evaluations, and measurements.

Prepare accurate and detailed roofing estimates using industry-standard software.

Clearly communicate estimate details to homeowners, addressing their concerns and questions.

Close sales and secure contracts for roofing projects.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

Strong work ethic and a results-oriented mindset

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Prior experience in sales, canvassing, or customer service preferred

Experience in the roofing industry is a plus, but not required

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
