MIG/TIG Welder

Now hiring experienced welders for a brand-new state of the art facility in the Goodyear, AZ area! Work in a modern, clean, and climate-controlled environment.

This is a direct-hire position that offers excellent benefits and PTO!

Pay: Earn $23 - $28 per hour with weekly pay!

Start Date: February 17th, 2025

Shifts available:

1st shift: Monday-Thursday 7am- 5:30pm

2nd shift: Monday-Thursday 2pm -12:30am (may change)

Weekend: Friday, Saturday, Sunday 12 hours 6am -6pm (will get paid for 40 hours)

Welder Job Description:

Read and interpret blueprints or welding process specifications

Operate manual or semi automatic welding equipment to fuse metal segments

Operate manual or semi-automatic flame cutting equipment

Conduct technical inspections

Maintain a clean work area

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in MIG/TIG welding

Ensure accuracy and completion of assigned tasks

Weld test during interview

Must have reliable transportation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40+ per week
