Join Our Guest Service Team!

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences in a fast-paced restaurant? If so, we want you to be a part of our team! We are currently seeking a reliable Server (formerly known as waitress/waiter) to join our dynamic crew here at the Pangaea Dinosaur Grill (https://pangaeadinosaurgrill.com/). Working hours are between 10:45am - 6pm Sunday - Friday and Saturdays between 10:45am - 7pm.

Responsibilities:

Serve food and beverages to guests with efficiency and attention to detail.

Provide detailed explanations of menu items, specials, and promotions to guests.

Maintain cleanliness and organization.

Extend warm greetings to guests and ensure they feel welcome and valued.

Address guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously.

Perform various other duties as assigned to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service, full-service restaurant (server), or related fields for a minimum of 2 years.

Ability to establish rapport with guests and provide outstanding hospitality.

Thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.

Exceptional communication skills.

Enjoy working well with others in a solid team environment.
