Business Analytics Manager – Sales Plays
RoleWe are seeking a Business Analytics Manager to join our Global Sales Operations organization and help to build out analytics and reporting in support of Sales Play initiatives. The preferred candidate will have experience supporting Sales, is comfortable managing large data sets, has strong attention to detail, has a creative problem-solving mindset, and has strong communication skills. They will work cross-functionally across sales, operations, marketing and finance, with the primary objective of providing senior leadership with data on Sales Play impact to make effective, analytically driven, and strategic operating decisions.What you will get to do: Assist in the development and reporting of key performance metrics to help drive increasing Sales Play impactWork directly with Senior leadership on business-critical reporting needs around Sales PlaysExtract data sets, perform analyses, build models to support pipeline, coverage, renewal or other initiatives on a weekly/monthly/quarterly cadenceSupport Senior Leadership to make informed, data-based decisions by providing business analyses and analytical supportGather and analyze data in order to understand problems and address them proactively
