Sales Representative (Commission-Based)

Are you an enthusiastic, motivated individual looking to earn extra income with a flexible schedule? Scrub Squad LLC is seeking Sales Representatives to help us grow our client base through cold calling and relationship-building.

What You’ll Do:

Make outbound cold calls to potential business clients.

Promote Scrub Squad LLC’s cleaning services, specializing in commercial and construction cleaning.

Schedule appointments or secure contracts with prospective clients.

Track and report sales activities and progress.

Maintain a professional and positive attitude when engaging with clients.

What We Offer:

Competitive Commission Structure:

20% Commission on First Month's Revenue: Earn a substantial reward for every new client you bring in.

10% Recurring Commission (Capped at 12 Months): Continue earning every month for up to one year for each client you secure.

Example:

If you secure a client with a $1,000 monthly contract:

You’ll earn $200 upfront (20% of the first month).

Then, $100 per month for the next 12 months (10% recurring), totaling $1,400 in commissions for one client.
