Overview
A premier Kona coffee producer dedicated to delivering the finest Kona coffee, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Packaging, Shipping, and Order Fulfillment Coordinator to work with an experienced team in overseeing critical operations. This position plays a key role in maintaining the highest standards of product quality and customer satisfaction by ensuring smooth workflow in packaging, shipping, online order fulfillment, and on-site store replenishment.
Key Responsibilities
Packaging and Shipping:
Ensure all coffee products are packaged with care to maintain quality and freshness.
Oversee shipping logistics to meet delivery timelines and minimize errors.
Maintain compliance with all shipping regulations, including international shipping standards.
Order Fulfillment:
Manage online order processing to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer purchases.
Oversee the preparation, packaging, and dispatch of orders with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
Handle escalated customer issues related to order fulfillment, shipping, or returns.
On-Site Store Replenishment:
Coordinate with the farm store team to ensure shelves are well-stocked with coffee on a timely basis.
Monitor inventory levels and plan restocking activities to prevent shortages.
Maintain product displays to reflect the quality and branding.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate records of packaging, shipping, and inventory activities.
Collaborate with other departments to improve cross-functional workflows.
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a full time role within packaging, logistics, or order fulfillment.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and inventory management software is a plus.
Familiarity with spreadsheets, word processing, and ability to create, edit, and file organizational data files.
Knowledge of coffee production or the coffee industry is preferred but not required.
Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs.

Minimum 40 hours per week
Starting Daily Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:45AM to 3:45PM
Annual pay increase potential (upon successful yearly performance review)
