Manufacturing Supervisor - Assembly

General Accountabilities in this Role:Supervise and develop employees in the Technical Assembly department.Oversee and direct all daily production activities of the Assembly department.Responsible for the safety, quality and productivity goals of the department.Assist with hiring of and ensure quality training of new employees.Communicate with managers, engineers, production personnel or others to resolve production issues.
