Our AI start-up client is looking for a technical source. This role is fully remote, and is a six-month contract, that could get extended or turn into full-tome.Responsibilities:Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top technical talent for our AI start-up clientUtilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and industry-specific forums to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidatesScreen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and interestStay informed about the latest AI technologies, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate the company's value proposition to potential candidatesAdapt sourcing strategies to meet the evolving needs of a fast-paced start-up environment
