General labor Assistant Needed

Busy investor locally looking for help. We have a myriad of needs, mostly physical labor oriented. Must be able to go up and down ladders, receive instruction, and complete tasks.

General building maintenance (interior and exterior). Will train appropriately. Looking for individuals to have a car, valid drivers license, and a good attitude.
