Job Overview:
A Dillard's Sales Associate's primary role is to guide our customers to great style selections. With a passion for service and an interest in fashion, they establish and cultivate long term client relationships. Sales Associates are responsible for actively circulating the sales floor, determining the customers needs, sharing the benefits of our rewards program, and supporting the shopping experience from start to finish. The Dillard's Sales Professional must also deliver operational excellence by maintaining a neat and organized selling floor.
Daily Responsibilities:
-Offer the best customer care anywhere by greeting and welcoming all customers
-Set and achieve sales goals individually and as part of a team
-Grow relationships by opening new Dillard's rewards program accounts
-Work with your team to keep the department customer ready, which means filling online orders, stocking, remerchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning.

-Excellent communication and people skills
-Resourceful and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
-Self motivated and goal oriented
-Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and or holidays
