Maintenance Worker

Job description

-Turn empty apartments, Painting, Flooring, Clean and prep for renting

-Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electric

- Respond to maintenance requests and complete unit turns in a timely manner

- Excellent customer service skills

-The ability to drive to and from different properties that we manage.

-We are a multi housing company with over 21 properties, 1,500 apartments and growing.

-Potential benefits over time are Discounted rent and the possibility to relocate to another property should an opening come available. We cover NW NJ to Central PA

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
