Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager

Our 30 year old family insurance brokerage is growing! We are in need of a Customer Service Rep to help us manage our large book of business.

Compensation Range Between $20-$22 An Hour Based On Experience. Room for growth upon performance and retention with our team.

Assist Our Client Base With The Following, But Not Limited To:

Certificates Of Insurance

Policy Changes

ID Cards

Endorsements

Deliverables

Downloading and Distributing Carrier Notices

Quoting Assistance

Answering The Phones/Taking Messages/Transferring Calls

Experience is very preferred, but we will provide training! There is A LOT to learn so your ability to learn quickly is vital. Our team is very positive and it's important to have a positive outlook while problem solving and facing daily challenges.
