Baseball glove maker

Nexguard LLC (formerly the Marucci Glove Lab) serves the baseball market from Little League to MLB players.

Nexguard is looking for general labor help with making catcher mitts, catcher thumb guards, and fielding gloves.

Must be able to cut, shape, and assemble materials using utility knives, machinery and power tools. Collaborate with co-workers to ensure products meet specifications and timelines. Ensure all products are crafted to the highest standards of quality and precision.

Craftsmanship experience is required. Samples of past craftsmanship will be asked for during interview. Strong attention to detail is necessary.
