Guest Room Attendant
Summary: The GRA-Cherokee Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and
organization standards established by Wellness Cleaning in various environments, ensuring that
designated areas are pristine, and creating a welcoming environment for guests.

Sanitation Duties:
Implements safe work practices by wearing protective equipment and adhering to SDS and
OSHA standards for safe chemical handling and usage.
Reports all bio-hazards and damages to the inspector/supervisor.
Collaborates with team members to clean designated areas efficiently and in the established
time frames for hospitality service. The cleaning must be thoroughly detailed and follow the
Wellness Cleaning quality standards.
Performs regular cleaning of public spaces, including lobbies, entrances, gaming floors, and
restrooms. Ensures all public areas are free from debris and maintained to the highest
standards of cleanliness.
Makes beds, sweeps, mops, vacuums, dusts, wipes down surfaces, empties ashtrays, disposes
of trash, and replaces bag liners. Monitors and addresses spills promptly to prevent slip hazards.
Cleans behind appliances and all room furniture.
Cleans bathrooms, scrubs basins, bathtubs, shower walls and doors, toilets, and tile using
appropriate equipment and chemicals. Places clean bathmats on tubs or shower doors
