IT Technical Lead, Service Assurance Systems – Enterprise & Wholesale
Brightspeed is currently looking for an IT Technical Lead, Service Assurance Systems - Enterprise & Wholesale to join our growing team! The position entails eliciting business requirements, devising solutions aligned with business goals, and executing them on the ServiceNow platform in line with stakeholder expectations. You will need to collaborate with business counterparts to gather input and integrate implemented solutions that cater to the user base is integral to the role.As IT Technical Lead, Service Assurance Systems - Enterprise & Wholesale, your duties & responsibilities will include:Lead the design, development, and implementation of Service Assurance solutions using ServiceNow platformWork with IT partners to translate those requirements into technical solutionsProvide subject matter expertise to support business requirement definition, process design, implementation of processesParticipate in production incident troubleshooting and solution approach design and recommendationsPerform initial validation, support unit testing, and facilitate UAT as neededAssist in driving initiatives forward from the requirements to implementationPrioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.Act as a leader within our implementation teams, prioritizing product backlog, writing epics/stories, and tracking progress of in-flight effortsCollaborate with business partners and peers to identify and implement user experience improvementsOverseeing all stages of product creation including design and development
