Production Laborer

Hiring for Production Laborers in Brighton, CO to start on 1/27!

Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated production workers for our concrete plant.

Responsibilities include setting, filling, and grating forms.

You will also be tasked with daily duties such as sweeping and maintaining a clean work area.

Currently, the schedule consists of 4-10 hour days (Monday-Thursday), with a flexible start time between 5:30am and 8am

Pay: $23/hr

Skills & Qualifications

1+ experience performing labor work

Drug test that tests for THC

Pre-cast or concrete experience is a PLUS

Must have reliable transportation

Must have valid drivers license

Work Environment

On-site at a busy concrete plant in Brighton, CO

Each team is led by a lead and a supervisor.

Candidates must be comfortable working in various weather conditions (cold or hot) and be willing to work overtime, including longer days and required Saturdays during the busy season. It is not uncommon to work 60-70 hours per week.
