Project Information Specialist
AECOM is seeking an initiative-taking Project Information Specialist to provide clerical and technical administrative support the Mining Division in Denver, CO.  The position will involve working with the project team on deliverables, coordinating deliverables with the client, coordinating and supporting meetings and conferences, and providing administrative support to the project team and staff.Job Summary / ResponsibilitiesUnder general supervision, resolves most problems but refers more complex issues to higher levels.Processes documents (including indexing into database and/or enterprise content management system).May serve as document controller on various projects, uploading and downloading deliverables while maintaining the master document register.Maintains SharePoint document sharing sites for projects and or other document control sites for various projects.Format deliverables, reports, technical memoranda to AECOM standards.Assists project and people managers on administrative tasks for various projects and overhead items.Prepares and/or proofs correspondence, forms, spreadsheets, or documents,Schedules and coordinates meetings and prepare agendas and meeting minutes.Maintain new opportunities and pursuits within Salesforce.Enter and maintain procurement data for subconsultants and equipment in Coupa.Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote), and other programs to accomplish work.May manage agendas/travel arrangements/meetings etc. for project teams and managers.
