Thrift/Antique Store manager/Operator

I am looking for someone who has experience running/operating an antique or thrift store.

I own a warehouse in Thomson GA that is in the downtown historic district of the city nearby other antique stores that I am looking into making a large Thrift store location.

Because I do not live in the area I would need someone to run the day to day operations.

Payment could be salary or commission based, or could transition into ownership of the business.

The main thing I am looking for is someone who has experience with this type of business.
