Project Manager I

The Project Manager I reflect the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.The Project Manager is responsible for leading projects targeted at advancing the goals of the Northwestern Medicine Strategic Plan with an emphasis on institutional level initiatives that integrate people, process and technology. PMs use project management, change management, meeting facilitation, communication skills and other skills in advancing these efforts.Responsibilities:Manage small to medium scale enterprise project using strong project management and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate all aspects of a projectSupport and collaborate with other project leaders on integrated initiativesApply NMHC project management and change management methodologiesDemonstrated presentation and written communication skillsApply strong facilitation skills to lead project meetingsHas the ability to deal with a changing environment and to lead/facilitate and manage change efficiently and effectively where appropriate.Collaborate with other system functions as required on projects Collaborate with other system functions as required on projects (e.g., IT, Quality, Analytics, Patient Experience, etc.)
