We are seeking an Office Manager to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.
To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication skills, bookkeeping and payroll skills, and the ability to provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer customer inquiries and address their concerns or issues.
Provide product information, specifications, and pricing to customers.
Process Payroll and perfom other accounting/bookkeeping tasks.
Maintain accurate records of sales and customer information.
Engage in conversations about sales material to present to customers
You will be working with very sophisticated customers

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
