Are you passionate about working with young children and looking for a flexible, rewarding opportunity? We are seeking Substitute Teachers to join our team at our two Spanish Immersion Montessori schools in Northwest Austin, where we serve children from 18 months to 6 years old.

Position Overview:

Flexibility: Availability for same-day shifts or pre-scheduled work.

Varied Hours: No guaranteed hours, but substitutes may work up to 40 hours per week based on the needs of the schools.

Responsibilities: Assist staff with daily activities, engage with students, and maintain a safe, nurturing environment in a Spanish immersion setting.

What You’ll Need:

Background Check: Must pass a comprehensive background screening.

Certifications: Valid CPR and First Aid certifications required.

Passion for Children: A true love for working with young children and supporting their development.

Flexibility: Willingness to step in and assist in various roles in a dynamic Montessori environment, including working in a Spanish immersion classroom.
