Sponsored Residential/DSP

Are you a caregiver to a disabled adult child or family looking for a new sponsored residential provider? Advocate Care is seeking DSP providers with a desire to explore a change in sponsored residential agencies. Individuals must already have an authorized DD waiver.

Sponsored residential providers are required to maintain residential and financial records, participate in the Individual Service Plan (ISP) planning process, complete

First Aid, CPR, TOVA, Medication Management training, and other agency training.
