Garden helper, planting roses- putting up a trellis cutsifying

Do you like to cutisfy the garden and outdoor areas ? Do you get into training climbing roses ?

And or Are you good at keeping outdoor plants / flowers looking healthy and growing well ? looking for help 5-20 hours a months for helping with fertizing, planting, weeding, helping with wire trellis to integrate more climbers including some climbing roses.
