Hospital Liaison - Full time with benefits/PTO

Rotech Healthcare Inc. is a national leader in home medical equipment. Rotech offers full benefits and generous vacation days. Rotech specializes in the delivery, setup, and service of durable medical equipment(Oxygen/CPAP/Bipap/ventilators/wheelchairs/beds/etc.) and respiratory supplies. In this position you will be responsible for working in conjunction with hospital case management/continuing care personnel to plan, coordinate and facilitate discharge planning for home care services for patients receiving respiratory and DME services.

Shift:

Monday - Friday: 8AM to 5PM

Job Requirements:

Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Experience in the medical field and a strong customer service background is preferred, but not required.
