Reliable Mini Split Installer with Tools a Truck?

Help needed for a growing HVAC/Solar/Electrical contractor.

We are seeking a motivated, confident mini split installer with tools and a truck that has some experience running conduit, electrical boxes and comfortable and able to do occasional attic work. Skills should include the safe use of cordless power drills, impacts, angle grinders and saws. Having these tools makes you more valuable hence your compensation will be higher.

Before divulging what the compensation is for this position I want to first state: This is not a job, It's an opportunity for both of us. We need trained installers (we can train) with tools and a reliable truck and you need a well paying job with a solid future. Ultimately, we will be providing the installation vehicle, uniforms and trained to be a sub contractor, not an employee and will be able and legally allowed, to work under our license. Base pay is $20/hr during training and after a month of installs and you are on your own the pay is per install.

You will be representing our company on the job site and while we embrace diversity, how you present yourself at the front door of the customer is a reflection of our company image and is a deciding factor in our hires. Applicants with anger issues, drug or drinking problems need not apply.
