Hiring a Journeyman or Master Electrician in IL

We are a solar company that seeks to add on a journeyman electrician on retainer to fulfill state licensing requirements. We would be willing to pay a monthly fee for the right candidate. Must have an apprenticeship from a DOL registered electrical apprenticeship and training program in IL in order to qualify.
