Position Overview:

As a Good Neighbor Technician, you will play a pivotal role in our mission by operating our trash bin sanitation trucks, ensuring a high-quality curbside cleaning service, and serving as a community ambassador. This role blends blue-collar work with an opportunity for personal growth and sales commissions.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Truck Operations:

Perform the daily trash bin sanitation route for Commercial and Residential accounts.

Perform maintenance checks, dispose of reclaimed grey water from hopper, refill clean water and chemicals, fuel the vehicle, empty hopper, and clean equipment.

Handle quick repairs to the truck or equipment as needed.

Safely operate the pressure washing truck to complete residential and commercial cleaning stops.

Sales and Community Engagement:

Act as a community ambassador, promoting and selling subscription services.

Meet sales targets to earn commission bonuses.

Customer Service:

Engage with customers during sales opportunities with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Adherence to Schedules:

Follow a semi-flexible work schedule:

Commercial routes: Early mornings to complete stops before businesses open.

Residential routes: Complete stops before sunset.

Compensation:

Daily Pay Rate:

$30/day during 8 week training period.

$35/day post-training.

$40/day after 6 months.

$45/day after 12 months.

$50/day after 24 months.

Piece Rate:

$5 per residential stop.

$10 per commercial stop.

Commission:

Earn bonuses for hitting sales targets on new subscriptions.

Minimum Requirements:

Must be 25 years old or older.

Clean driving record with no license restrictions.

Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Smartphone for scheduling and communication.

Availability Monday–Saturday, 0600–1200, with some flexibility depending on routes.
