What Would You Do? The Specifics.Program Leadership: Leads and oversees the successful execution of major cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals. Provides appropriate degree of overarching corporate program management.Platform: Establishes standard and foundational processes and tools to leverage for such projects (leveraging tools availablein partnership with IT).).Strategic Planning: Develops and implements detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, resource allocation, risk management, and communication strategies.Leadership Influence: Demonstrates leadership influence to align team efforts.Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborates with senior leadership, business unit managers, and other stakeholders to align project objectives with business needs and ensure active participation and support.Risk Management: Identifies, assesses, and mitigates risks to project success, implementing contingency plans as needed to address potential challenges.Communication: Maintains regular communication with all stakeholders, providing transparent updates on project status, risks, and issues.Budget Management: Monitors and controls project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and identifying cost-saving opportunities where possible.Change Management: Leads and manages change within projects, including developing and implementing change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new processes or systems.Continuous Improvement: Identifies and implements best practices for program management, continually seeking opportunities to improve processes, challenges.Ability to help with adoption of enterprise-wide project management processes and tools.
