About the Role:

As a Maintenance Manager with Pavestone you are responsible for:

-Oversight of the Maintenance Operations Personnel

-Implementing a Preventative Maintenance Program (with documentation and record keeping that is easily accessible)

-Diagnosing Mechanical Problems and Determining how to Correct Them

-Dismantling and Reassembling Plant and Machinery Equipment

-Assisting in Selection and Installation of Replacement Equipment

-Constructing Replacement Parts to Specification (Fabrication)

-Evaluating Cost and Inventory Control

-Safety Inspections (for OSHA, EPA, and Company Compliance)\

-Utilization of a CMMS program

About You:

The ideal candidate will be able to:

-Conduct Electrical, Hydraulic, Pneumatic, PLC, and Conveyor System Diagnoses

-Conduct Root-Cause Analysis and Implementing Solutions

-(They also will have some experience in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Work, Management, and Be Aware of the Safety Procedures Needed to Conduct Themselves Ethically, in this Role.)

-Work in a dusty, climate-controlled, industrial environment
