Customer Service Representative

We are looking to add a member to our team for a PART OR FULL time office dispatcher, located in Mesa, AZ. Training hours would start Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, with 1-2 Saturday shifts a month. ATTENTION to DETAIL is a MUST. Must have the ability to answer inbound calls to schedule efficiently and accurately. This is an opportunity to grow with our company personally and financially while having fun doing it!

- Must be able to clearly communicate to customers as well as with our team of plumbers.

-Customer service background is preferred, Experience in the trades would be a bonus+ as well.

-Must be able to multi-task, be efficient and organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.

-Positive and energetic attitude is a must! We are one big happy family!

- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, we will be transitioning to a software called Service Titan.
