Position: Lead Transaction Coordinator

Type: Full-Time

What We’re Looking For: We are seeking a motivated and organized individual with a strong understanding of commercial real estate processes. The ideal candidate will have experience with platforms such as MLS, Loopnet, and CoStar, along with a solid grasp of preparing FAR/BAR contracts for listing agreements and purchase and sale agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

Organize and manage transaction records

Assist in preparing and reviewing contracts

Foster strong relationships with clients and team members

Maintain an organized workflow to support our growing operations

Qualifications:

Knowledge of real estate platforms (MLS, Loopnet, CoStar)

Familiarity with FAR/BAR contracts

General real estate knowledge

Strong interpersonal skills

Real estate license is a plus but not required
