Experienced Maintenance Person. $20/hr Cash

Experienced maintenance person wanted for Miami Beach apartment buildings.

Pay: $20/hr. 7 Hours/day.

Must meet ALL of the following requirements:

- Speak English fluently

- Own basic tools

- Light Carpentry (Cabinet install etc.)

- Drywall (Hanging/mudding)

- Knowledge of plumbing or electrical a plus, but not required.
