Key Responsibilities
In this versatile role, you will:
Warehouse Management: Oversee inventory, ensure materials and tools are organized, and manage incoming and outgoing shipments.
Service Coordination: Handle customer service calls, coordinate resolutions for service-related issues, and maintain strong client relationships.
Project Management: Assist in planning and executing remodeling projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
General Support: Step in wherever needed, from hands-on tasks in the field to administrative support in the office.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
A strong background in carpentry and residential remodeling.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
A willingness to step outside your primary duties and contribute to all areas of the business as needed.
Experience in warehouse operations, service coordination, or project management (preferred but not required).
