Entry Level Property Management

DRG is the most-recognized brand in urban Minneapolis condos and lofts, and we are now growing our Management division. We're looking for somebody to work this summer, both in and outside the office, directly with our Management Coordinators.

This is NOT a work-from-home job! Also, this is NOT a "sit at the desk and wait for the phone to ring" job; it IS a "I’ve-got-three-inspections-to-do-and-those-lockboxes-to-deliver-as-well-as-that-vendor-to-meet-and-those-light-bulbs-to-change-plus-I've-got-that-key-project-and-those-work-orders-to-input" kind of job! In a nutshell, you’ll be working with a small team (6-8) of individuals focused on providing great experiences for our clients; you'll be learning and working in real estate; and you’ll be driving all over the city of Minneapolis, and getting paid for it.

Required:

- MUST HAVE A VEHICLE AND A VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE

- Organized, and efficient (hustle!)

- Able to juggle lots of tasks/projects simultaneously.

Bonus: All the above, and:

- Working knowledge of MS Office, including Outlook;

- confident,

- able to communicate on many levels.

Jackpot! All the above, and:

- Have some minor repair skills (change lightbulbs, tighten screws, oil hinges, etc.)

- live in or near downtown, or.

- willing to commute to downtown.

Pay: $18 - $25/hr, depending on tasks, inspections, etc. + .625/mile.
