Document Control SpecialistThe Specialist - Global Quality & Compliance will create, revise, and manage global quality documentation, including SOPs, policies, the Global Quality Manual, and the Global Quality Policy. This role supports global and site quality initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal requirements.Responsibilities

Author and manage SOPs and policies.

Update the Global Quality Manual and Policy.

Collaborate with SMEs for accurate, compliant documentation.

Support quality initiatives with clear, precise documentation.

Ensure timely updates and distribution of documents.

Implement changes in the document management system.

Maintain consistent documentation practices across sites.

Participate in document reviews and approval processes.

Recommend improvements to documentation processes.

Support audits with organized documentation and follow-ups.

Essential Skills

2+ years of experience in Technical Writing or Document Control

Experience in Document Management

Knowledge of Quality Systems

Bachelor's Degree

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in Regulatory Affairs

Familiarity with FDA regulations

Knowledge of cGMP

Work EnvironmentOnsite environment - Large corporate office that is setup with a pit in the middle for collaboration. Will have one space within the pit and then there are multiple offices utilized for collaboration rooms.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $26.00 - $27.00Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
