Director, People Analytics
We’re looking for a Director, People Analytics to join Procore’s People Operations team. In this role, you’ll lead Procore’s people analytics strategy and build a high-impact analytics function to empower data-driven decision-making across the organization. By leveraging your technical expertise and strategic vision, you’ll transform data into actionable insights that drive critical people initiatives.As a Director, People Analytics, you’ll partner with Procore’s People Leadership Team and key executive stakeholders to provide forward-looking insights and predictive analytics. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.What you’ll doDevelop and execute a multi-year people analytics strategy, shifting from transactional reporting to predictive analytics and actionable insights.Deliver forward-looking recommendations to inform critical people initiatives and decisions across the organization.Create impactful executive presentations using storytelling and data visualization to communicate insights and progress.Lead and mentor a team of analytics professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.Design and deliver high-quality dashboards, optimize datasets, and enhance data products to support people strategies.Ensure data quality, scalability, and governance through streamlined workflows and robust systems.Build strong partnerships across Procore, aligning analytics priorities with organizational goals and presenting insights to C-suite executives.Launch a persona-based analytics strategy to meet the unique needs of diverse stakeholders.What we’re looking for10+ years of experience in people analytics, workforce planning, or employee engagement, with a proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams.Expertise in Workday, Tableau, Culture Amp, SQL, and fluency in a data science language like Python, R, or VBA.Proficiency in advanced analytics techniques, including regression analysis, clustering, and predictive modeling.Strong data storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and engaging executive-level presentations.Demonstrated ability to integrate data from multiple systems to create unified people analytics insights.Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and advanced proficiency in creating visually impactful materials.Strategic and operational thinker with a business-first mindset, able to balance long-term vision with tactical execution.A collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with a partnership-oriented approach and global perspective.
