This position is responsible for daily operations of the office and provide direct office support to the owner and the rest of the team
Operations
Time Clock management
Review and help manage team time allocations
Project Management
Facilitate weekly team meetings, including development of agenda (update on billable hours, projected hours for the month, client list, calendar, etc.)
Human Resources
Maintenance of employee files
Assist in hiring new employees, including, but not limited to updating job descriptions, advertising openings, pre-screening applicants, scheduling, and conducting interviews
Ensure company and employees' compliance with local, state, and federal codes.
Marketing Research
Maintenance of contact database
Maintenance and operation of Constant Contact account, including uploading new contacts from Outlook, creating and scheduling biweekly constant marketing e-blasts, and examination of analytic reports, and other web media marketing, such as company Facebook
Minimum Experience/Credentials/Education:
Experience with Quickbooks a plus
Ability to interface effectively in professional manner with clients, families, and professionals.
