Janitorial Worker or Cleaning Sub Contractor

Looking for someone who communicate well, dependable, organized, and a professional janitorial worker or cleaning sub contractor to manage a cleaning contract in Rocky Mount NC. This account requires 2 separate daily cleanings 7 days a week. The first cleaning needs to take place between the time of 5am-9am and the second cleaning needs to be done between 2pm-5pm. The first cleaning will require the men’s and women’s bathroom to be swept, mopped, toilets cleaned, mirrors and sinks cleaned, and replenishing toilet paper rolls. Also during the the first cleaning the store needs to be swept and cleaned with a ride on floor machine, this morning clean usually takes 1.5-2 hours for everything. The afternoon clean is to come back and redo the bathrooms, which usually takes about 30 minutes. The cleaning can take place at anytime during these hours but has to be done within the window, there is some flexibility. This cleaning contract is set for 3 hours a day 7 days a week and looking for immediate hire. All sub contractors are required to train their own workers and cover their absences. Staring pay ranges from $1,400-2,000 a month and pay is bi-weekly
