Administrative Assistant & Receptionist
Oregon Pacific Financial Advisors, Inc. in downtown Medford is looking for a qualified candidate to join our Investment Advisory Team on a full-time basis. Our current opening is a full-time opening for an Administrative Assistant & Receptionist from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm each day, with an hour for lunch.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer phones with professionalism to help or direct callers.
Greet clients and visitors - fun and outgoing personality is a plus!
Assist advisors with general client servicing issues with accuracy (account paperwork, etc.) – which is critical to our firm.
Create and coordinate appointments for advisors
Build confidence and effectively communicate with our clients & each of us on the team. Good communication and follow-up is a key to our success.
Provide departmental infrastructure support (i.e., scanning, filing, mail, calling and any other related administrative functions).
Work with our preferred investment companies in various ways for client support.
Capable of multi-tasking daily responsibilities as well as assigned projects.
Education and/or Experience:
Three or more years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Associates Degree or equivalent is preferred
