Learn more about our extraordinary teams building inspiring projects in our Impact Report .Job Summary:In this role, you will participate in the administration of records generated through the Nuclear Quality Assurance (NQA-1) program for Bechtel's nuclear power projects. Strictly following documented procedures, you will manage NQA-1 records generated through certification and recertification efforts, follow retention requirements based on software classification and the software lifecycle, and process requests for both software applications and incident/error reporting. This role will also provide backup support for our Computer Services Library (CSL) and Application Portfolio management functions. You will be responsible for supporting internal and external audits for both the NQA-1 program as well as audits for the CSL.This is an office administration-based role with no field work. While the team primarily teleworks, this position will include a commitment of at least one day per week in the Oak Ridge, TN office.Major Responsibilities:

Ensure all NQA-1 records, including test plans and reports, are properly classified and retained.

Maintain a roster of administrators for all certified software, confirming that roster semi-annually.

Provide copies of software and documentation for installation purposes only.

Identify and require that personnel be appropriately trained based on the requirements identified in the NQA-1 procedures.

Facilitate auditing tasks for all internal and external audits conducted against the NQA-1 program and Computer Software Library (CSL).

Coordinate and validate remediation activities for audit findings.

Identify policy and procedure gaps and support policy development.

Track incidents, lessons learned, and corrective actions generated for the NQA-1 program and CSL.

Organize and coordinate training and awareness events, providing guidance and training to ensure Bechtel employees know, understand, and follow our NQA-1 and CSL policies and requirements.

Notifying project administrators and product owners of upcoming software changes or patches to ensure recertification efforts are approved and documented.

Education and Experience Requirements:

Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 2-5 years of relevant experience or 6-9 years of relevant work experience.

US citizenship is required for this position.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

Proficient with the MS Office 365 Suite.

Experience with records management and data administration.

Problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization and efficiency.

Ability to organize and prioritize assigned tasks, with strong interpersonal skills.

Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively with team members.

Detail-oriented, highly organized, typing proficiency, and demonstrated oral and written communication skills.

Ability to coordinate tasks between resources located in multiple locations.

Professionalism with a strong work ethic.
