POOL CLEANING POSITION AVAILABLE IN THE ROCKWALL AREA

ELITE SWIMMING POOL & SPA SERVICES LLC

.Monday-Friday pool cleaning route including up to 60 pools max. We do not work on the weekends unless we are needing to finish a route or help others to finish cleaning their routes.

.All of the pool cleaners get the Christmas week off with pay. Cleaners are expected to work a ½ week during the Thanksgiving week. All pool cleaners get a 1 weeks PAID vacation after being with the company for at least 1 year.

.We pay $18 per pool. We also give appreciation bonus money each year. Pool cleaners get paid 2X per month typically around the 1st & 15th. We will also teach you how to clean filters which is another way of earning additional monies 2X per year.

.The company will provide a GPS tracked truck that you are allowed to take home each day. You are required to use your own money to fill up the trucks each week. Running errands in the truck is allowed during the week but you must get approval to drive the trucks on the weekends. All of the trucks are small Toyota Tacoma 4 cylinder trucks and get very good gas mileage.

. We do not provide health & dental insurance due as we prefer to pay a higher amount in comparison to other pool cleaning companies and allow the cleaners to purchase their own health & dental benefits if they choose15th.

.We do not have in person weekly meetings as this takes time away from both Elite Pool & Spa and also the pool cleaners. Typically, pool companies require weekly meetings that slowdown the overall work completion process.
