Receptionist/Admin /Office Assistant
We are looking for a person who is dynamic, presentable, smart and organized.
This job is 40hrs a week, Saturday or Sunday is a must.
Job duties:
1. Greet and assist customers as they walk in the store
2. Prepare and submit daily payment/deposit reports to the management
3. Answer phone calls
4. Schedule appointment for the team
5. Maintain records for the customers
6. Organize filling
7. Inventory list update
8. Misc. office assistant duties as needed and assigned
Skills required:
1. Willingness to learn and grow
2. Excellent computer skills specially MS word and excel
3. Good organizational skills
4. Effective written and oral communication skills
5. Multi tasking and confident
6. Spanish speaking is must
