Job Title: Backend Assistant Manager
Job Mission: Successfully transition from mover to sales rep, logistics management, and regional success supervisor.
Job Description:
Mover first mentality: Know and employ the ins and outs of the moving industry to company standards. Self and peer accountability
Calls: Advocate for the company, sell our service, and become fluent in booking, estimating, and maintaining steady sales. Maintain a high call to booking ratio. This will primarily take place from the office, but can and will be done remotely on an as needed basis.
Logistics lead: Learn the operations of the company. This includes, but is not limited to, dispatching, adding jobs to the schedule same day and allocating the appropriate crew, equipment, and supplies. This will be a daily task.
Fleet Maintainence: Identifying issues with our trucks. Checking fluids, tire pressure, fuel, and DEF daily. Maintaining a report so we are always running full speed. Learning how each truck operates, and what right and wrong looks like.
Payment processing: Taking payments over the phone, verifying correct charges, and making deposits as needed.
Benefits for the position include: None, as a 1099 contractor you are responsible for these incentives.

W2 status will be considered as well as a salary rate in the future, pending success at the position.
There is NO overtime, simply paid per hour after 40 hour mark.
Pay and incentives: Starting: 23.00 USD/per hour
Scheduling:
During training period you will be on schedule as neeeded. (40+ hours weekly)
Typical schedule during slow period (November- January: 40-60 hours weekly), season high (march-October: 50-70 hours weekly)
Weekend availability is a must, you can expect to work weekends/ late nights based on the schedule during the high points of business.
Requirements:
criminal background check
5+ years moving experience
exceptional customer service skills
On call basis: after work hours/weekends
Valid Driver’s License with ability to be on commercial insurance
