RIGHT OFF 6th street highway viewable from highway.

Where walkers point truly begins - we want to see your ideas and art that represents Milwaukee .

We will cover all costs involved but the labor rate will be limited to Artists who want to put their mark on Milwaukee and have a deep connection to the Walker’s Point area. Bring that pop and out the box ideas. Love this project like we love this building .

We will seal and paint the builidind a solid color of your choosing and the rest is the canvas for the right person who can bring an milwaukee masterpiece artwork for this building to project to all that travel thru this area of Walkers Point.

Looking to start it as soon as weather cooperates.

We have come in and renovated the inside to perfection. A classic building just trying to restore it and make it even more beautiful than ever before. Let’s together make this happen.
