Architect Job Captain / Entry Level Project Manager

East valley Architectural firm is looking to hire a Senior Job Captain or entry level Project Manager.

Required experience:

Minimum 5 year’s experience with developing Construction Documents.

Retail, restaurants, Tenant Improvements, Industrial office, and custom residential.

Ability to read lease agreements to determine landlord work -vs- tenants work.

Work independently on projects.

Construction Administration experience is a plus!

Ability to work from home.
